I am curious as to why the binders or organizers are needed? On the show, the extreme couponers have binders full of coupons, but do those not usually have a expiration date that isn't very far off? Also, when using competitors coupons at a store that accepts them, what is the usual limit to how many coupons you use for one item? And lastly, when it states that buying two items isn't necessary or it is necessary when using the half of coupons? Could you please help me out?

I would also suggest that people be realistic with their savings if they are just starting out. Focus on one store and understand those policies. If you go extreme or anywhere near what was portrayed in this show, you will not stick with it.
Couponing can save you quite a bit of money. I know much was done for editing to show how much could be purchased, but that isn't how most people shop. Spending less than $75 for a family of 5 a week is totally possible. Find the right resources to help and you will be well on your way too!
